I came across a very sad creature today and here I’ll try my surprise to relay.
He had four legs and a stumpy tail. He was on a raft with a big brown sail.
I called out-“Ahoy there! Where are you heading now?” To which he barked back-“Bow-wow, wow!”
I sent a helicopter up to look for him, but they say it’s a right old mess he’s got himself in.
If you should see him, then throw him a rope. By the look on his face, he hadn’t much hope!

She had fingers that were slim, a mouth that was wide. With a smile that conjured life itself to come alive.
She had a neck that was long, shoulders that were small. Her voice was the song that a nightingale would call.
Hair as black as night in its shadowiest dark, her personality radiated as a firestorm would spark.
Eyes that were wide, the colour of green. The most beautiful face a man could have ever seen.
A body so divine that the Gods smiled on. Their light from Heaven on her continuously shone.
The poise of a Goddess, an elegance so supreme. Making the silence in which I was immersed, shout out in a scream.
Ah, but to know! Now that would be a prize. Is that all that stands before me, or is there a hidden surprise?
if time could stand still and in a dream we remain then nothing we know now would ever be the same.
Each day is lived one day at a time, but we live so many different days all inside our mind.
The mind is an energy set apart on its own. Time doesn’t exist there. Time has no home!

The spinal cord was broken by the love around his head.
A dictionary lay on the ground full of words that he’d been fed.
Now empty it left neither party with a word to find to say,
As disillusioned with memories his existence ebbed away,
An image out in space of a girl that he had known,
Was now vacant as departed that vision had upped and flown.
Pledges had been sworn that had stabbed like a knife
The will to live been taken. Killing promises had taken a life!

What cry love! What name hides you?
Why do you camouflage yourself from view?
Are you concealed within a heart that bled
Its life away and now is dead?
Or, are you there beyond a touch
Aching away in pain so much
That life itself frightens you
And that is why you hide from view?
Accept that caress, return that kiss,
Taste that feeling that cannot be dismissed.
Passion itself carries no blame,
That love cannot ignite into an eternal flame.

The Man Who Makes The Clouds, a children’s story by Danny Kept swept me away. Like daydreaming towards the clouds. A touching tale that is beautifully told. The author makes this a fun, educational read for a young person and does so with heart and great imagination.
This feels like a realistic fairy-tale that is both fictional and reality based at the same time. It’s a sweet story that brought a smile to my face.

We’re thankful too, for all our dear ones,
for all the far away and near ones.
Although we may be far apart,
we’re together in my heart.
